The CEO of Gh Online Media Hillia Gbene Mashood has stated that artist especially those in the upper west region do not necessarily have to blow to make money online.
Speaking onRadio Waa ‘s 25+1 questions with Dj Derry Gee and Derry Napoleon, the multi talented entrepreneur said upcoming artist do not need to be famous or popular first to be able to make money from the digital platforms.
“You can make money without actually being a popular artist but, you should be willing to invest. You need to see your career as a real career and not something you’re doing just for fun or for the ladies. You should be passionate and willing to invest” He stated
He also added that he had to veer into other more profitable ventures because he realized hunger will kill him if he only stuck to blogging as a source of livelihood.
Hillia Gbene Mashood is an IT expect who is one of the pioneers of blogging in the Upper West Region with a couple of awards to his name. He is currently the CEO of Gh Online Media ,ghgoonline.com and Ghonlinetv.com. He also doubles as the executive director for Tech Aid for Rural Development (T.A.R.D Ghana), a local NGO which is into the provision of digital skills for young rural folks.
